Our mission

The Mudlogging Company's vision is to be known as the leading supplier of mudlogging services for the oil and gas industry. We intend to reach this goal by blending honest corporate values with our desire for perfection.

In order to attract and retain customers, we must ensure that we conduct ourselves and our business with the utmost integrity and honesty, holding ourselves accountable to business ethics that surpass their expectations. Additionally, we must always comply with the rule of law, and must not participate in or condone corrupt or unethical business practices.

We understand that our customers drive our business. Therefore our success as a company depends on customers who are satisfied with the products and services that they acquire from our company. If we offer customers products and services which are superior to the competition, they will choose to do business with us. Therefore, the main way to attract customers is to offer them exceptional products. To keep the customers, we must back our products with superior technical support and sales support services. We must be seen by our customers as enthusiastic, caring, and efficient. We must make it easy for our customers to do business with us. Because we know that being responsive to our customers needs will separate us in a positive manner from our competition, we must listen to our customers and understand their needs so that we may offer the appropriate products and services.

Our profitability depends on providing our customers with superior products and services. The ability to provide customers and services in turn depends on retaining and attracting talented employees. To that end, we realize that this objective can be met only by creating an environment in which our employees feel valued as individuals and compensated and recognized for exceptional work performance.
