With an average of eight years experience, our loggers are more familiar with trends and formations. Their long-term association and knowledge gives them valuable insight when making interpretations. The Mudlogging Company is committed to our people, providing on-going training. We employ a full-time recruiter, safety engineers and human resource department to manage and support our staff that has grown to more than 130 field employees. The Mudlogging Company currently has 135 Field Employees. Of these employees,

	9% have 11-15 years mudlogging experience.
	18% have 6-10 years mudlogging experience.
