OUR GOAL IS TO ACHIEVE A ZERO ACCIDENT RECORD, WITH NO HARM TO PEOPLE AND NO HARM TO THE ENVIRONMENT

The Mudlogging Company USA, LP’s policy is to provide a safe and healthy place of employment for every employee, and abide by accident prevention regulations set forth by Federal, State and local governments. We are sincerely interested in the safety and welfare of our employees. Accident prevention is essential in maintaining an efficient operation and a top quality product.

Accidents are an indication that something is wrong in our organization! Either someone is careless or working conditions are not safe. It is the responsibility of every employee to bring to the attention of your supervisor any suspected unsafe condition and to look out for the safety and well being of yourself and your co-workers.

Accidents are costly and time consuming. They have a definite bearing on our operating costs. The substantial indirect costs associated with accidents are borne by everyone in the form of increased insurance costs and other administrative overhead and legal fees.

Our accident prevention program is designed to minimize accident potential by making everyone aware of possible situations that can be avoided, and giving you a background for focusing your abilities of deductive reasoning on other potential hazards.

To ensure the maximum in accident prevention, the policies listed on the following pages should be strictly observed at all times. Although these rules are considered to be extremely important, it is impossible to publish a rule to cover every circumstance. If a rule covering a specific circumstance has been omitted, that shall be no excuse for carelessness or disregard of common sense in the performance of your work.

The Vice President of Operations is responsible for compliance with the above.
