      After Sale Support and Training
      Support Trainer The TMC Sales Support team is available to introduce your employees to the operation and maintenance of TMC Mudlogging Units. During production of your unit, or pursuant to the purchase of an existing unit, TMC will invite your employees to our Houston, Texas facilities for training. Normal training encompasses ten days to two weeks of classroom instruction covering all aspects of software, hardware, equipment assembly and repair and troubleshooting.

      Additionally, we offer scheduled basic and advanced mudlogging theory classes to enhance your employees abilities in the field.

      Computer Training In some cases, and depending upon our current scheduled operations, many trainees attending our classroom sessions have the opportunity to spend a week or more working in the field with our staff on an operational rig, performing mudlogging and operational duties to allow them to receive "hands on" experience with the equipment.

      When your unit is completed and delivered to your job site, TMC can, under contract, send one of our senior field logging engineers to your operation. The TMC technician will help rig up operations with your personnel first, then work with them for a period of time to insure confidence in the operation of the equipment.

      We Speak Your Language TMC senior field staff and technicians are available for additional duty at your location with proper notice. Our support team in Houston, is available on a 24 hour basis to help solve questions or problems. Technical support is available via telephone, facsimile or e-mail.

      Spare parts, replaceable components and consumable supplies are available from our technical support staff.
